This might be a bad thing to tell you, all things considered, but if you need the power to copy something by sight alone, you should probably hop over to one of the dimensions that has a person with the surname 'Uchiha' in it. The sharingan can copy things just by seeing it once. Although it's not perfect and can't copy everything, but it's better than nothing.

Not exactly. There are a lot of loop holes to go through to truly bring someone back from the dead and cloning has its downside as well.
What I would do is find a dimension where that one to be brought back has lost everything. To be willing to be reunited with each other in a new world is something they can’t pass up. And it would make sure the resurrected doesn’t have issue with their position.
